The United States Postal Service (USPS) delivers mail to tenant mailboxes, which are located in the mailroom on the 4th floor. Outgoing mail is also collected by USPS from an outgoing mail drop located in the visitor parking area at 4:45 p.m. Monday through Friday. USPS assigns all mailboxes, administers mailbox keys, and changes mailbox locks. To secure a mailbox for your suite, please take a copy of your Lease Agreement to the USPS office located at 1813 Church Street and request a mailbox assignment for your suite. USPS typically charges a fee for mailbox keys and mailbox lock changes.
Parcel carriers like FedEx, UPS and Amazon will deliver small packages to tenant suites.
FedEx and UPS drop boxes are located in the visitor parking area. FedEx picks up Monday through Friday at 6:45 p.m., and UPS picks up Monday through Friday at 8:00 p.m.
Large deliveries and freight for 3310 West End Avenue take place in at the delivery entrance at the east end of the ground level. The entrance is in the visitor parking area. Freight deliveries must utilize the delivery entrance and freight elevator. Deliveries are restricted to trucks less than 6’5” in height. Delivery vehicles over 6’5” in height must park curbside at on Park Drive. The transfer of curbside deliveries into the building must be coordinated with the Management Office.
Important Note: If you are expecting a delivery of furniture or other large objects, please contact the Management Office. Any major deliveries and/or removals require advanced reservation of the freight elevator by the tenant. This is to ensure a tenant receives priority over daily building deliveries.
