There are two passenger elevators and one service elevator serving 3310 West End Avenue.
All elevators are designed for efficient operation. In the unlikely event that the elevators become inoperable, please instruct your staff and patients to first use the emergency telephone located inside each elevator cab. The telephones are connected to the 24-hour emergency switchboard. A building engineer or elevator technician will be dispatched immediately to assist you. In addition, there is an emergency bell that may be pushed to alert the building staff of any problems.
Gated tenant parking is available on Floors 1-3. Tenant leases dictate the number of unassigned parking spaces allotted for each tenant and the corresponding number of card keys. Replacements for lost card keys are issued for $25 each, payable to 3310 West End LLC.
The ground level parking area by the main entrance is reserved for visitors and deliveries only. Tenants and their employees who park in visitor parking when the building is open will be towed.
